"Dead End" indicates there is one street that goes nowhere and that's the one. "No Outlet" means there is at least one other side street from that one, however, it too goes nowhere.

ReplyDeleteWell, that's not entirely fair. An entire subdivision could have a No Outlet sign. That could be more interesting.
